Information received through the form

Name, company if provided, email, phone, sector, project location, solution of interest and message. Submissions include the language, the checked authorisation and, with JavaScript, a timestamp for opening the form.

Provide a general location for this initial enquiry. Do not include passwords, banking details, medical histories, identity documents or sensitive plans. You must be authorised to share any third-party data you provide.

Technical records

The hosting and form services process technical connection information, including the IP address, to operate the website and prevent abuse.

Enquiries are stored in Netlify Forms together with submission data. Providers may generate their own technical records; these data are not considered anonymous.

Purpose and authorisation

Enquiry information is used to respond, coordinate an assessment, prepare a proposal and continue related communication. Technical records are used for security, abuse prevention and diagnosis.

The form requires an authorisation checkbox that is unchecked by default. It does not include an advertising subscription or authorise data sales. You can use the contact email to ask about processing before submitting.

Access, providers and external channels

Netlify hosts the website and receives enquiries through Netlify Forms. Submissions are available in the website’s private dashboard, with a notification configured for info@sismotechvenezuela.com. Staff handling enquiries and the providers operating these services have access to the extent necessary for their functions.

Email is handled in the responsible party’s corporate mailbox. Provider processing locations and any processing outside Venezuela await validation. Disclosure to authorities will only take place where there is a legal basis.

If you choose WhatsApp, that service receives the information you share through its channel and processes it under its own terms. The website does not embed a WhatsApp chat.

Retention

Retention periods must distinguish enquiries, contractual documents, security logs and backups, according to their purpose and applicable obligations. The specific retention and deletion schedule awaits approval and implementation.

This version does not claim that emails or logs are automatically deleted. You can ask about retention or request deletion; any obligation or legitimate reason requiring continued retention will be assessed.

Security

The form includes validation and anti-spam controls. Security also depends on hosting, email and operational configuration. No claim of invulnerability or absolute confidentiality is made.

Production must use HTTPS and restrict data access to authorised staff. Report suspected incidents without including additional sensitive information.

Requests concerning your data

Write to info@sismotechvenezuela.com to learn what data is processed and why, request access, updates or correction and, where applicable, deletion or cessation of authorised processing. Proportionate information may be requested to verify your identity.

Withdrawing authorisation may prevent further handling of the enquiry and does not remove legal retention obligations. Remedies before competent Venezuelan authorities and courts remain available.

Policy changes

Updates will state their date. A new purpose requiring fresh authorisation will not be treated as accepted merely because you browse the website.
